There are two sizes of the Medik8 Dermarollers which may be purchased for home use. These rollers have either 0.2mm or 0.33mm titanium needles. Larger needle sizes may only be used by professionals and are not be sold here.

There are two Medik8 Titanium Dermaroller Kits: DERMAROLLER KIT ONE - MEDIK8 "PREVENT" £167.00 - KIT 1 Contains: Medik8 0.2mm Dermaroller, Sterilising Solution, C-Tetra, Hydr8 B5, Retinol 3TR, Hydr8 SPF25 (Dry/ Normal Skin) Designed for Antioxidant protection and high levels of hydration for the skin. 
Procedure is - Sterilise the Medik8 dermaroller and allow to dry. Cleanse face, neck and decollete. Roll - visually divide the skin into sections and then, using a gentle motion roll 10 times back and forth over each section. Use each product in turn allowing a short interval between each product for it to absorb into the skin, using the SPF25 product (or night product) last. Clean roller with hot water and allow to dry. Treatment duration should be for between 5 - 20 minutes, depending on area. Depending on skin tolerance, procedure may be carried out from 2 to 7 times a week BUT allow 3 day intervals between treatments for a minimum of 2 weeks, gradually increasing frequency of use. Do NOT use more than once a day and the best time for treatment is at night. NOTE: Though you can use the Dermaroller at home, I strongly suggest that you start by a visit to your local skin care professional. This will mean that you get a more thorough treatment to start off with and that you will receive proper instruction on the use and care of the system.
