What I am supposed to write here is that all this site is copyright and that you cannot steal, copy or reproduce any of it without my written permission.
As far as the shop part is concerned, it is. It took a lot of time, work and effort to get all that together so go and do your own.
With regard to the articles and other parts, I make no bones about the fact that I rely heavily on many sources. Where it is possible, I have acknowledged the author and included site references. If I have missed anyone out, it is not intentional. Please let me know and I will include relevant references.
All articles are copyright. Some are taken from external sources, with permission and the copyright is held as indicated on that article.

I would also want to make clear that I am not a medical doctor. I trained and qualified in Moscow as a medical nurse and subsequently as a beautician. I also have a diploma in social psychology, again from Moscow. Anything I place in this website must not be treated as a medical diagnosis or used in part or whole as a medical dignosis. In all cases, what your Doctor or chosen healthcare practitioner says, comes first.
Please be aware that many of the skin care products I sell were designed to be used by aesthetic practitioners. This especially applies to those products under the "advanced skincare " section. They are "professional grade" products. Please be sure to read and act on any instructions included with products purchased.
I accept credit card payment, including Amex, Switch, Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may provide your credit card information via phone or mail. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail. My shop is operated by mal's e-commerce, which is certified "hacker-safe" . The certificate may be viewed by clicking the link on the shop "home" page. I do not process the actual payments on-line but through the HSBC Bank system which is totally independent of the internet. In any event, this site (onlynature.co.uk) is PCI compliant (see logo on home page - bottom left) I will not charge your card or attempt to charge your card until your order is dispatched. If you do not want to place card details on the server, you are welcome to call me. DO NOT EMAIL CREDIT CARD DETAILS. Either use our secure server OR contact me by telephone. Returns: I deal with returns on a "one for one basis". If there is a valid reason, I will accept returns if notified to me within 3 days of receipt of goods and sent back to me within 7 days of notification. Your card will then be credited within 10 days after receipt of the returned goods which must be returned in good, that is saleable, condition. You will be liable for the cost of the return carriage cost. A 10% handling charge will be applied if the cancellation is through no fault of Only Nature Aromatherapy and/ or if there is nothing wrong with the goods. I will respond to all complaints within 48 hours.

If you place an order and make an error, please either send me an email or telephone +44 (0) 1753 889529 straight away It is not a problem for me to cancel an order but you must let me know as quickly as possible. Whatever happens, do not panic!
Should the product not be fit for purpose as described or if a mistake is made by me, I will replace the product or credit in full, including the return postage cost. Whatever happens, please, do not just send product back, let me know first. Your statutory rights are not affected. Delivery: I can send orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply to orders shipped to an international destination where I will ONLY ship to the address of the card used. You can advise a different shipping address during the shop checkout BUT the "home" address MUST be the billing address of any card used. I use address verification on all card transactions. Most orders are posted using Royal Mail First Class Post. Most orders are sent within 48 hours of order. At weekends, this may be longer. If the delivery period is likely to be longer than four working days, I will let you know. Remember, I do not charge your card until your order is sent. NOTE: One overseas orders I cannot send goods to P.O. Box numbers (as I cannot get a signature on delivery!) Privacy and Cookies: I do not disclose information about you, as a customer on this site, to third parties - anyway, anywhere, anyhow. Really exciting stuff from the EEC: Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We also collect some regionally based data which is totally anonymous - as in: we may know someone looked up product range such and such and they happen to live in Lancashire. So, if you suddenly happen to get loads of adverts appearing for gold lamé tights - it's certainly nothing to do with us. Okay? Data Protection Act 1998 I do not retain any information about you on any computer. Indeed, once your order is sent, all information is erased from the shop server. I do keep a paper record and such records as are required under English Law. If this situation does change, such will be advised on this page.
General:
I am not responsible for goods or services provided by third parties who advertise or who are illustrated on this site - that is, affiliate marketing programmes or any of my link partners. I will not knowingly advertise, promote, endorse, link to or otherwise support any material of an "adult" nature, drugs (as in "hard or soft" drugs - you know what I mean) or anything to do with gaming or gambling. I regularly monitor my link pages and remove any references which I deem inappropriate. If I miss anything, please let me know.

VAT: All prices include applicable VAT. I am not, however, responsible for any local import taxes or duties on orders sent overseas. We are registered in the United Kingdom for VAT and our registration number is 947 5039 00. If you are in the EC VAT area and you want goods supplied VAT exclusive (Intra Community Supply) you must provide a valid VAT registration number along with the company and address to which the number belongs. Goods are sold without VAT outside the EC area. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER AND COMPANY DETAILS WHEN YOU ORDER - either use the message box or send me an email.
