Last year we saw a range of drinks specially designed to create beauty from within and it seems 2009 will be no different. The latest beauty tonic that people are guzzling down is ‘Ju’.

There are three different flavours in the Ju range; ‘Skin Glow’ which contains apple and aloe Vera, ‘Nail Strong’ with goji berries and finally ‘Hair Shine’ with a blend of seeds.

It’s unlikely that you’ll see a huge difference by swigging these, and there’s not much difference from just eating the fruit and seeds as they are without the need for it to be blended up into liquid. That said, they are bound to taste scrummy and are better than a fizzy drink or caffeine-packed coffee any day!
