The world’s first ever Barbie spa recently opened in Shanghai, China. Yes, you heard me right. The children’s doll, who has had lucrative cosmetics deals in the past with grown-up brands MAC Cosmetics and Stila now has her own spa.

The spa is part of the brand’s flagship Barbie store, which is unashamedly girly, also includes a cafe, design studio, fashion stage and of course pretty much all the Barbie merchandise you could ever dream of.

Visitors old and young, male or female, will be able to get their hair and nails done and be transformed into ‘real life urban princesses’ or so the press release says.

The products used will be from Barbie’s own line and available to buy in the store.
