There seems to be a new hair trend emerging. Championed by Alexa Chung, more and more people are wearing their hair with dark roots and light ends.

It is a look I sported around age 16, but that was more due to an aversion to hairdressers than being in vogue, and it has made me pretty determined to keep my hair colour fresh and keep my roots blended into the rest of my locks.

I’m not a fan of the two-tone look and tend to think it looks more messy than pretty, but what do you think? Let me know!
