The hot political topic of the moment is, without a doubt, the expenses row. Everyone is talking about it from business men to check-out girls, and we’re all shocked by the expenses that have been claimed.

29 year old Jo Swinson has reportedly been claiming money for her makeup, including eyeliner, lip liner, hairbrush and an electric toothbrush. Though she denies many of the claims, she insists that the items are essential for her commute to London and she would not otherwise purchase them.
