This young lady, Katie Edwards, has been left with permanent panda eyes after using sun beds three times a week for seven years. The skin around her eyes, as well as a patch of skin on her neck, have prematurely aged and become raw and discoloured.

Not only are sunbeds dangerous but she decided to skip out on using the recommended eye protection.
The condition she has been left with resembles vitiligo, which is where the skin cells responsible for making pigmentation stop working or die. The condition is caused by damage to the skin, including the use of sun beds.

It is also worth noting that Miss Edwards is just 22 and looks much older than this, no doubt down to her frequent tanning.
