Weird Beauty

I thought that, when it comes to exercise, I had all the bases covered. I know what I need to work on more, and which areas of my body I can spend less time on.

Well, it would seem that I had forgotten something according to this little gadget – the Profoot Flex-Tastic. Yes, apparently I should add exercising my toes to the list. The idea is to stretch your toes everyday, in order to realign them. It’s like yoga for your tootsies, but then I’ve never been a fan of yoga.
