This weekend I’m craving after Abradermol. This is a microdermabrasion cream for both the face and body. It provides super strength exfoliation – which makes it ideal for creating summer skin with a luminous glow.

The cream contains high amounts of aluminium oxide crystals, Niacinamide from Vitamin B3 and Shea Butter which hydrates and softens the skin.

A few words of warning though – this is tough stuff, making it great for thick and uneven skin, but not good for sensitive skin. You should also take care with the product if you are using AHAs or peels.

To use the cream, gently massage it into the skin – pushing and pulling the microdermabrasion crystals will do more harm than good, so use light touches.
