Hoopla!
If you’re anything like me, the problem with gym is not the work involved – it’s the boredom. Is there anything worse staring at a blank wall and listening to bad dance music whilst going for a spin on the bike?
Thankfully. there are always fun courses and classes around to keep us interested. The latest class I have come across is hula hooping from Frame Dance and Fitness.
Not only is the course great for a giggle and will keep you entertained, the motion required to keep the hoop up improves flexibility and strengthens your core muscles.
This new 4-week beginners course starts on 21st July and is takes place every Tuesday evening.
You’ll learn all the basic moves and will be able to wow audiences at the next children’s party you find yourself at. On top of that, you’ll have so much fun you’ll hardly even notice all the effort you are putting in to improving your abs!
