I’ve always admired Lauren Conrad’s long, pretty hair and was surprised to learn that her natural-looking locks are in fact extensions. Now that the secret is out, it seems Lauren wants to veer away from the fakes.

At the recent MTV Video Music Awards she ditched the extensions and opted for this soft 1930s inspired, waved bob. Gently pinned behind the ear, it shows off her glowing skin and delicate rosy makeup. I think this is a good look for Lauren and appears much more grown up.
