This week’s fashion fix is a piece of news from the fashion industry.

Earlier in the year, in a controversial move,  actress and socialite Lindsay Lohan was appointed as artistic adviser to Ungaro. The collection she worked on was slated by the fashion media and other designers but despite heavy criticism CEO Mounir Moufarrige defended Lohan saying, “The criticism was harsh. I am sure we can do better in the collection to be honest but I think it was harsh.”

It has just been announced that Mounir has resigned from the struggling design house. He has been at the company since 2006 and will reportedly continue to consult and offer advice. Interestingly, Lindsay will remain in her position.,, but for how long?
