This is a ridiculous and sad story which really makes you scratch your head. An American couple tattooed six of their children with a homemade tattoo gun. They created the gun out of “a variable power supply, an electric motor, wiring, an ink pen and a sharpened piece of guitar string used as a needle.”

The mother, Patty Marsh, says that she would never do anything to harm their children, of whom the youngest is just 7. The parents are being charged with child cruelty, reckless conduct, and illegal tattooing (who knew there was such a thing).
