A new law is going to be set in motion, banning under-18s from using tanning salons. According to recent reports, the law was cleared on Thursday by the House of Lords. The Sunbeds Bill will hopefully fight cases of skin cancer, which are increasingly common in young women.

The Sun newspaper, Nicola Roberts and fake tanning brand Fake Bake, have been campaigning for the bill to be passed and it seems that they have finally made a big change to the scene.

Sun beds are dangerous and aging so I think this is certainly a good idea, however whether the tanning salons will obey by the rules is another matter.
