Princess Diana is only remembered for her famous relationship, charity work and good looks… she’s also remembered for her great sense of style. Her wedding dress, created by David and Elizabeth Emanuel, is incredibly famous and this design duo created many more outfits for the princess.

The pair are going to auction 30 lots from the clothing archive, including a black taffeta gown Diana wore in 1981 aged just 19 years old. The pieces will be sold by Kerry Taylor Auctions in June at La Galleria on London’s Pall Mall.

Kerry Taylor told WWD, “The drive is to get the garments out of their trunks and into the public domain.”
