Gift Shop Fragrances
I adore going to the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. The collections are always interesting, inspiring and worth a look. Even the gift shop is a spectacle in itself with beautiful design, jewellery and now, perfume. The stylish museum has begun commissioning fragrances that fit in with the exhibitions.
To accompany its Autumn exhibition, Diaghilev and the Golden Age of the Ballets Russes, Roja Dove has created a scent named after the theater’s founder for the V&A. Diaghilev is said to be a rich, old-fashioned chypre with notes of bergamot, rose de mai, oakmoss, and vetiver. Is this something you might be interested in buying in a museum gift shop?
