To win the game the player have must find spots on a cartoon face before then virtually squuezing them to make them ooze. Technique counts when destroying these blackheads, whiteheads, and pustules; each one requires different hand motions. It sounds disgusting but the game is proving to be popular -  it has been downloaded more than 2 million times!
