A few months ago I mentioned that Lara Stone was suing the magazine French Playboy after revealing images of her were used in the publication without her consent. The photos were taken by Greg Lotus, but were never intended to appear in the men’s magazine

Lara released a statement saying;

“No woman wants photos of them to be published in Playboy without permission. I’m very pleased to have won the case, although of course I would rather not have had to take legal action at all.”

Now, Lara has finally won the case against the magazine. She has gained what has been described as “significant” damages. She intends to donate the money to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
