Beauty News Hoax?
When an article was published recently about a mother in America who was giving her eight year old child Botox and and waxes, there was an uproar. However, there has now been some suggestion in the blogosphere that the article was false, or a hoax.
The mother and child have no internet footprint, which you would expect from a girl who was competing in beauty pageants. Furthermore, the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology has no record of the mother - Kerry Campbell, and she is not listed as living in the San Francisco area, as suggested in the Tabloid article.
Furthermore, California’s Our Little Miss organization don’t allow girls to compete in pageants if they’re using adult treatments like Botox and waxing.
Do you think this is a hoax?
