???Dr. Francis Palmer (pictured), a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon, believes that there are many people who would love to have the effects of Botox without letting the toxin Botulism into their system. The company that he works for, MyoScience, has designed and created a machine which uses cold temperatures to freeze nerves, creating the Botox effect. The device uses a series of small needles called “cryoprobes” to freeze muscles’ nerves into relaxing. It is currently in clinical trials in the USA and may soon be looking for approval in Europe.

The procedure doesn’t sounds too different from Botox, involving a number of injections, and I worry about long term nerve damage and other dangers. Is this something you would try, if it gets approval for the market?
