I don’t quite know how they did it but Chanel have managed to cement themselves as the go-to brand for must-have seasonal nail colours. It all started with the Jade hue, which caused a frenzy of people rushing to buy the varnish and even saw the item selling it and going for extortionate prices on Ebay. Next, was Greige. This season it’s Mimosa a pale yellow shade which is no doubt inspired by the champagne cocktail of the same name.

I’m not sure if I want to wear yellow on my nails, but if Chanel’s past collections are anything to go by it the shade of the season. Will you be wearing yellow fingertips?
