Miley Cyrus is turning a few heads with her new daring haircut. The young popstart and actress chopped off her long brunette locks and went with a peroxide blonde undercut instead. She’s been getting a lot of stick for it, but I say you’re only young once. It’s a right of passage for every young woman to experiment with her look and if she likes it, then why not?
