We’ve all been there – knocking over a bottle of foundation or dropping the mascara wands. Those makeup stains can be hard to shift, but don’t panic! There are ways to get rid of them.

To remove lipstick stains from glasses, sprinkle salt over a damp cloth before gently working it over the glass. It’ll lift the smear right off.

Self tanner stains on your sheets? Using a damp cloth, work a dish washer soap like fairy liquid into the stain before you put it in the wash. It works much better at removing the oils in fake tan than regular clothes detergent does.
