We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. All prices on this website are in UK POUNDS (aka Sterling, GBP) - NOT US Dollars!!! Inland (UK) items are sent either "Signed For" or "Special Delivery" (Special Delivery if the order is over £100). Overseas items are sent "Airsure" if your country supports "Airsure" if not, then "International Signed For". Orders over £175 may be sent DHL - depending on where we are sending to. If you want us to send your order by DHL irrespective please let us know by email - (or read on below) there will be an extra charge for this, though! Costs & How orders are sent: Delivering Your Order....... A note about our products and AHA's: Please, please - many of the products offered on my website are strong and often designed for specific skin conditions. All products MUST be used properly and you should always follow up with sun and environmental skin protection. Please do not just starting using products if you are unsure about your skin type and what your skin will tolerate. I do NOT give advice over the telephone or by email (though am always happy to talk to you!). Why? Because I am not a dermatologist or medical aesthetician - I am a beautician - even then, I have not seen your skin. You should always seek proper, professional advice from a professional who has looked at and properly analysed your skin type and condition. Cancelling Orders: If, after sending us an order, you change your mind and wish to cancel then all you need to do is send us an email (or call +44 (0) 1753 889529) and tell us to cancel the order. Please, do this as soon as possible! Even if we have sent the order off, as long as the goods are returned to us unopened and in good order we will refund you - if you cancel after we have sent the goods off, then we will not refund any postage costs. Generally: Help us to help you make sure your order arrives safely. Please make sure your address is correct and given to us in full. You may find it easier to have your order delivered, say, to your daytime or office address - especially if you live in an apartment block and/ or are usually out when the postman calls.

Generally, orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days. We hold stocks of all our major selling lines though, of course, we may need to order items. We do NOT take any money from you UNTIL your order is sent. Deliveries to Europe take about 2 days and to Australasia about 4 days.

Reason: Shipping large parcels to far flung destinations costs us an arm and a leg, hence the charge - sometimes there may a number of items but they are small and light, in these cases, clearly, it would not be fair to charge a large amount. For return and terms, please Click Here Have you given the right address? Please remember - when you order - the INVOICE address must be the same as the CARD STATEMENT address! I do check an address, as far as I am able, using the Royal Mail or your home country's postal service website - but please make sure that what you put is complete and accurate.

We will add £10 (so £13.95, etc) to UK postage and £20 (so £25.75, etc) to EEC postage costs - Anywhere else, we will add £40. This extra courier charge will not show in your final total on the shop system, mind, you will need to add it on.

UK: One item - £2.50 After that, shipping will be charged at (deep breath!) £3.95 - up to 4 items, after 4 items, £5.95 and after 6 items £7.95). Europe: (EXCLUDING Greece) £5.55 (up to and including 3 items, after 3 items £9.50 and after 5 items £11.50 and £17.50 for 7 items and over). Rest of the World: £8.00 up to and including 2 items, £13.50 up to 4 items, £19.50 up to 6 items Rest of the World OVER 6 items will be charged at £39.50. BUT if you are only ordering small items, send me an email after placing your order and I will adjust the shipping cost accordingly, by agreement with you. We have had to put the Europe prices up as the cost of "Airsure"/ "International Signed For" has increased. 
GREECE: Due to the current climate, we are having to send orders to Greece by DHL road. This is a significant cost increase and consequently we have to reflect this in the delivery charges. |
