For our special monthly promotions and for offers which you see on Twitter, Facebook or other social media, please follow the following instructions: 1. Order the item(s) from the relevant page(s) on this site in the normal way. 2. When your order is complete, go to the payments ("checkout") page. You will see, at the bottom of the payment page, a message box which invites you to add a message, SO: The way our system works, NO MONEY is taken from your card when you order. We take the money when goods are sent to you. You can, therefore, ignore any amount that is shown on the shop checkout page. The order that you effectively send, lists, for us, the item(s) that you wish to order and allows your card details to be stored on our secure server (we use "mal's ecommerce"). We will then adjust the final price to take into account the promotion code you have entered. The delivery address can be what you like, for UK orders and where practical, for overseas orders - BUT the "invoice address" must be the same as the statement address of the card you are using, no matter where you are on the planet. 3. If you forget to add the message part, do not panic! Simply send an email to nat@onlynature.co.uk and we will ammend your order accordingly. 4. PLEASE, please: We operate 09:00 to 20:30 on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) being based close to Heathrow Airport, London UK. Note: This website is priced in UK Pounds aka Sterling aka GBP - It is NOT priced in US Dollars, Euros, Roubles or Martian Moon Credits, for that matter. Small Print: An offer means what it says - that is the offer. So, if we offer, say 10% off all purchases of product range XYZ, then that is what you will get - and the percentage is off the page price for any given item. It does not mean that if you push the total purchase over £50 you get an extra 5 or 10% on top! Offers, in some instances, are "whilst stocks last" if we have run out of offer stock we will tell you. You are NOT charged until your order is actually sent. Normal postage rates, as listed on the shop pages, will apply to all orders. Full postage rates and details are given here. All orders are sent by the United Kingdom Royal Mail Service (ie by post) and are sent "signed for" or "Special Delivery". Overseas orders are sent "Airsure" or "International Signed For". In some instances orders are sent by DHL. If you are at all unsure, please call. For all other small print, please click on the "legal stuff" link, top right. 
Write the relevant promotional code in the "Use space below for any special requests or messages" box, as well as anything else you may wish to add. This will enable us to pick up the relevant offer, discount etc. If you are buying more than one item, you don't need to enter something every time in the message box, just when your order is complete.
