We accept credit card payment, including Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We use Shopify payments and if you do not wish to use a credit or debit card, you can pay using PAYPAL. The normal terms and conditions of PAYPAL will apply. 

All prices shown on this site are in UK Pounds Sterling designated by the symbol  £  or GBP. 

We are able to cancel and amend orders on a reasonable endeavours basis. Please use the contact details on the website to inform us of any amendments to an order as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped it is difficult to make an amendment.

Delivery:

UK Orders are posted using Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. The majority of orders are dispatched within 72 hours of receipt. For orders placed at weekends and public holidays, this may take longer.

Most International deliveries are made by the appropriate Tracked Royal Mail service and then on to the postal service of your country. 

Some larger value orders may be sent by courier or you can request your order to be sent by courier (extra charges will apply - but the charge will be "at cost"). If you wish your order to be sent by courier - please email - info@tigerbeauty.com

We are able to send orders to a different address than that of your home/billing address - please note that for orders shipped to an international destination we will ONLY ship to a different address from the billing address for the payment card on an exceptional basis. You can advise a different shipping address during the shop checkout BUT the "home" address MUST be the billing address of any card used. We use address verification on all card transactions. 

If the delivery period is likely to be longer than seven working days, we will endeavour to let you know.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods once opened (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

VAT:

Orders placed with delivery in the UK will be subject to VAT.

Tiger Beauty will not be held responsible for any local import taxes or duties on orders sent overseas. Goods are sold without VAT outside the UK taxes. 

General: 

Please be aware that many of the skin care products we sell were designed to be used by aesthetic practitioners. This especially applies to those products under the "advanced skincare " section. They are "professional grade" products. Please be sure to read and act on any instructions included with products purchased. In all cases, what your Doctor or chosen healthcare practitioner says, supersedes any information on this site.

All products offered by Tiger Beauty are genuine and are sourced from approved importers or wholesalers.

Whilst every effort is made to keep our ingredients lists up to date it is the customers responsibility to make themselves aware of all  ingredients on all products before using. If you are unsure about any ingredients please seek medical advice before using the product.

We are not responsible for goods or services provided by third parties who advertise or who are illustrated on this site - that is, affiliate marketing programmes or any link partners. We will not knowingly advertise, promote, endorse, link to or otherwise support any material of an "adult" nature, or anything to do with gaming or gambling. We regularly monitor link pages and remove any references which we deem inappropriate.

These terms of business, this site and this business are governed by English (United Kingdom) Law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
